"Philip came to remove a gate stop and reweld it on the other side so as the gate would open inwards, he quoted from the photos I sent gave me a date and time and was punctual, he arrived at 9am as stated and was very polite, as we have a thatched roof he felt more comfortable in removing the gate and taking it back to the workshop, and said he would be back at 2pm,,and right on time he turned up job done and rehung the gates, couldn't have asked for a better job."
