We used Ockley when we first moved into our house several years ago for our boiler ans nest installation. They were very good at the time and we were impressed. The boiler came with years of servicing by them included in the price- each year we have had a harder and harder time getting hold of them to do the service. Weve tried emails, mesaaging, and calling to no avail. We've had to give up on it now as it's nearly half a year after the service should have taken place and we've had to employ another company to do it instead.
