Nothing is too much trouble and he will do whatever is requested of him. I highly recommend. Very pleased with end result.”

He arrived when he said he would, was always professional, and kept everything very tidy while working. He also went above and beyond by ordering some extra carpet for me. Rich and his team were brilliant. He came with so many ideas and I’m someone that likes a contractor to work with my own ideas and compliment this with his skill and experiences. He embraced all of it and if he could make it happen he went above and beyond to get it done. Super trust worthy and just a generally lovely bloke. Thanks all.

We are thrilled with our new extension, kitchen and roof. Richard and his team have exceeded our expectations with their work. Very happy with the garage conversion, and shower area that Richard & his team completed for us in October 2024. The work was finished to a high standard, and Richard & Dave, kept me informed to each step of the work process. We had several types of work carried out by Richard and his team including plastering of artex ceilings and chimney breast, removal of brick fireplace and installation of electric wall mounted fire, new skirting boards, boxing in of heating pipe and tiling of kitchen splashback. All work was carried out to our satisfaction and we are very pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend OEB Building Services Ltd.
Richard was a pleasure to work with and brought clear experience. He replaced all flooring, ceilings, plumbing and electrics, and showed particular attention to small details throughout the project. The whole kitchen was completely stripped down to the floor and ceiling joists, insulated, boarded, plastered and a new kitchen installed within a very tight 2 week timeframe and within budget. Would highly recommend.
Richard was a pleasure to deal with, punctual, professional, a great standard of work and left the room spotless. We hope to have more work done this year, and will come straight to OEB, thanks for a great job.

I recently hired OEB for a rewire, RSJ installation, and kitchen fitting. Their work was exceptional, demonstrating expertise in electrical rewiring and structural adjustments. The kitchen installation was flawless, with attention to detail and efficient execution. Overall, OEB delivered a high-quality service, and I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and skill in home improvement projects.
The build involved a 3-4 month side kitchen extension to our house as well as internal works from September through to Christmas. I took several quotes for the work and OEB provided the cheapest quote but included everything required for the build. From our first meeting Rich provided an excellent service with several members of the team on site every day. They went beyond what we expected in terms of cleanliness, flexibility and build quality. Rich's team also completed additional work at zero cost where they could help out. We could not have expected the level of professionalism and engagement we received from every member of the team throughout the build, even with our young daughter distracting them on site every. She will miss them being around the house! I couldn't recommend OEB enough for their specialist advice and going beyond our expectations. A fantastic build and delivered well within expected timescales. We were so pleased to have chosen them for our project.
