6 feet extension work was completed and 3 month later the roof was leaking and they came round to patch it. 3 later another leak from the extension roof, contacted Asim and he ignored my call. I called several times and text him, no reply withheld my number he pick and said to send the photos of the leak and he will send someone to come over he never did and refused to pick any other call from myself or respond to my emails. I requested mediation, he did not respond to my email or letter. I informed him that I will be taking the case to Claims court still no response.

We are beyond satisfied with the professionalism and dedication by the entire team, especially Asim, who project managed every aspect and was on call for us even out of hours when we’d call multiple times on advice on finishes, fitting or technical aspects. Him and his team carried on working throughout COVID-19 pandemic and made sure we felt safe and that our work was completed on time even with the government delays which were out of control. Our project manager Asim and his team were brilliant! They were on-schedule, extremely polite and most importantly... honest!!! Having been screwed over by another builder in the past, we were nervous going into such a large project but Asim personally went out of his way to keep us reassured, well informed and aware of challenges.
