marvin was here on time and worked hard all day and has done an amazing job i would recomend him i am over the moon with my new flooring will defo use him again
Communication, timing, price, was all great. And the job is done, and before Christmas on short notice, when I had procrastinated organising to do it for months. So that’s great. But the work wasn’t what I’d hoped. There were a few things on the manufacturer’s instructions that weren’t followed properly and I’ve had to fix. Worst was not doing the roof felt right, especially that it didn’t cover the edges & leaves gaps, so I have to buy flashing tape & a new roof covering. I suspect they thought they had expertise to do it quickly & easily but they actually needed to be more thorough/precise.
