They arrived when they said they would, they were all very pleasant and they were very upfront about all prices, offered advice if they noticed something else needed done once they lifted the tiles but weren’t pushy at all and just explained using videos what could be done, why and how much it would cost. "We contacted Olympus Roofing Solutions for quotes to look at removing a chimney stack and also to reinforce the existing stack. David texted me saying he hadn't had a response from us and offered to help if we still needed the job sorted. We talked via text and sometimes there were long delays in getting a message back, but I'm assuming he was at other jobs. We arranged for David to come out to the property on a Saturday morning and he rang me after the job was completed with an update and emailed a report and photos of the job on the same day.
