Colin was very accommodating, doing my job after he'd already done a shift at his " 9 till 5". Colin encountered a fault on the first visit, which resulted in a return visit ( at no extra cost to me) on the first visit he worked late with lights strapped to his head as the daylight had gone. when he did return, he set about fault finding. through deduction, he found the fault and bingo! everything worked as planned. There was no pressure or stress with Colin, and he came across as competent. I don't have many electrical problems, but if I did, Colin would be my first port of call.

Colin and his team were very professional and polite. He was quick to answer our queries and got the job done on time and at the price quoted. He provided us with all certificates we needed for the work as was in the process of selling.

An appointment was arranged but the Omni representative failed to appear or telephone as he said he would if he could not come. Never heard from him again!
