Contacted one stop appliance to see if they could fix my intergrated freezer. Alan arrived and diagnosed the problem which was the thermostat. He was very polite and knowledgeable about what the problem was. The part was ordered by them and Alan returned to fit the new part. From first contacting them to the completion of the job, the whole experience was absolutely outstanding and would highly recommend this company.
I fond Allen very helpful with the replacement of door seal on freezer. He informed me that the new seal was broken, but he would fit it and order replacement which he did when he received it without any prompting. I will be more than happy to recommend One Stop to friends and family.
Highly recommended. Punctual and give notice when arriving. Replaced part for fridge/freezer. Honest and reliable. Would definitely use again

Heating element an electric oven failed. Engineer was knowledgeable, polite and tidy - problem fixed with minimum of fuss.
I've called Allen on 3 different occassions and he has ALWAYS been will to help, give advice to help. Nothing is too much trouble. He is incredibly professional, trustworthy & polite. 1000% recommend

Our cooker element failed so we contacted One-Stop Appliance Repairs on Tuesday and it was fixed on Thursday. Very prompt and efficient service from our initial contact through to completion of work. Very satisfied indeed.

Trader fitted a new seal to washing machine. All communications (by phone) were prompt, courteous and friendly. Payment was made by phone with "the office" soon after the trader's departure and paid invoice emailed immediately.
