Was booked by my house buyer but I would definitely use again. Came as promised, was extremely knowledgeable and transparent, and very personable. Additional work was required and clearly explained to me, and booked in the following week.
Optimus EcoHeat came the next day after I reached out about a leak with my boiler. He found the leak and also completed a service. Unfortunately the leak could not be fixed as a part had to be replaced. He will be returning to change the part out in the boiler to stop the leak. He was friendly and very helpful.
A super helpful guy. Really informative and transparent I was able to make a really informed and confident decision. Very appreciative of the help!
