"Eddie added to his detailed quote a very clear video and a confident commentary of what needed doing on my late cousin's roof in Fulham. I haven't been on the roof but I feel I know it! We took Osborne roofing on for the work and it was completed very professionally with frequent video updates. Insulation was added where appropriate and the flat roof section decking was largely re-used to avoid waste. It was all done in the time estimated and we received proper invoices. We received a number of guarantees which will be valuable when the flats are sold."
