He was also very apt and effective at discovering the problem within 5-10 minutes of arriving. Jamie was clear in the pricing and when he was available to come and do the repair. He honoured his word at all times and never let me down. Jamie’s communication was fantastic. Not once was I left wondering. He worked cleanly and effectively and caused no issues at all. He even went above and beyond to ensure anything that needed cutting/replacing was done so and I really appreciated that.”
