Victor was quick to respond to inquiries and appeared professional. He quickly provided a quote for a simple repainting of walls in two rooms. Yet, the people he sent (I can't call them painters) were clumsy and inept. They only spoke Portuguese, and even Google Translate wasn't helpful. They lacked commitment, skills, and knowledge of modern tools and equipment. The plastering was very poor, there was hardly any wall preparation, and they even lied about the paint they used, mixing a cheaper option but charged for a premium paint.
