Simply the best oven service professional I’ve dealt with: a rapid response to my initial query; a clear, comprehensive and competitively priced quote; arriving on time (and keeping me informed of his journey); great workmanship; issuing an invoice/guarantee.
Chris responded quickly to the job- to replace an element in a 20+year old fan oven in my range cooker. He communicated well throughout the process including keeping me updated on his arrival time, was efficient, friendly and professional and even replaced my broken oven bulb as a bonus. Highly recommend!
I first contacted Chris by phone. He asked me to send him a photo of the faulty oven. He immediately diagnosed the likely problem and sent me a cost estimate. Four days he came to make the repair. The oven now works perfectly. If you have a faulty oven in South East London you should give Chris a call.

Really impressed with the service of Chris he replied to my messages turned up when he said he would and repaired my oven no problems at all. He was very clean tidied up after himself would definitely recommend and use him again five stars highly recommend him
I would certainly recommend Chris at OvenFix if you experience a problem with your electric oven. He responded promptly to my initial phone call and came the next day to investigate. After obtaining the replacement parts needed he returned and quickly completed the repair. Very happy with the service he provided.
Chris was brilliant. Identified the problem quickly and it was sorted. He couldn’t complete the work on first visit due to how our kitchen was fitted but he didn’t charge for this visit which was very decent of him.
I contacted Chris on Friday regarding my oven repair. He sent me the quote for the repair. He came Tuesday lunchtime to do repair. He arrived on time, was polite and friendly he carried out the repair. He gives an excellent service and I would highly recommend him

Chris responded promptly and assessed the job well, thereby being able to complete the repair quickly and effectively. From my initial call to a fully functioning oven (ahead of a Bank Holiday weekend) took well under 24 hours - I could not have asked for more, and he was a pleasure to deal with.
Fixed my SMEG cooker. It also required an additional part, so it was ordered and fitted too. Chris did an excellent job and I would recommend him.
Great to have my old oven door fixed. He was able to come day after I telephoned.
