"Douglass called me the same day as my advert was posted and offered a free quote. Also phoned me the morning of to provide arrival time. When he and his team arrived, they were polite, informative, well mannered and gentlemen. They also used a drone to see the problem and showed me the results. Got to work, straight away, no messing around. Didn't take too long to get the job done and then explained to me everything that has been done to fix the problem. To top it all off, they had a laugh with me and wished me a good Christmas. The price also wasn't bad at all. Brilliant work, thank you!"

Douglass called me the same day as my advert was posted and offered a free quote. Also phoned me the morning of to provide arrival time. When he and his team arrived, they were polite, informative, well mannered and gentlemen. They also used a drone to see the problem and showed me the results. Got to work, straight away, no messing around. Didn't take too long to get the job done and then explained to me everything that has been done to fix the problem. To top it all off, they had a laugh with me and wished me a good Christmas. The price also wasn't bad at all. Brilliant work, thank you!
