Paul responded quickly and said he’d fit it between other work. He kept me informed of when he could make it to try to identify what was causing the issue. He gave me options of what could be done & I chose to have work done in increments. He kept me updated of work timelines & any unavoidable schedule changes. I really appreciated his advice, cleanliness & the standard of work.”
