"Very thorough from the offset. Gary walked me through the process and all of the work to be carried out giving me confidence that everything would be completed as I requested. Turned up promptly on the arranged date and completed all work within the agreed time frame. Standard of work was as advertised and couldn't be happier with the work, Gary even went above and beyond and filled some of his down time with a few bits that hadn't been requested but definitely needed doing in order to give the desired finish.
