From the initial quotations to completion of the work, he has been professional, friendly, courteous, reliable and both jobs have been completed to the highest standard. He has given advice and has given alternative suggestions as to how the job may be improved, where sometimes we hadn't considered the option. He has always been in contact throughout, updating us of any additional costs that may have needed to be incurred over and above the original price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to anyone."
