Originally we only called him out to replace a tap but then changed one radiator in the lounge, sink and taps in the kitchen, moved washing machine to a different room and added a dish washer. my kitchen is quite old so plumbing was not easy and yet all was done perfectly.”

Called Paul regarding my toilet cistern making a dreadful racket when filling. Paul visited the same day to assess the problem and returned punctually the next day to carry out the necessary fix. Paul was punctual, helpful, efficient and his rates are reasonable. Very pleased with his work and would thoroughly recommend him.
I found Paul thru my neighbour who found him thru Trust a Trader for her particular plumbing issue(She was very happy with his work) and I needed a plumber relatively quickly due to a defective inlet valve in my cistern. Paul asked for a couple of pictures of the cistern and said he would get the part and install it for on the day agreed. He turned up on the dot which in itself was impressive. He removed/replaced the old part in the tank and also changed the copper pipe to a flexi pipe which helps when doing any work behind the loo. I honestly didn’t think of that!!! Paul was in and out within 25 mins and total cost was very reasonable. Yes I do recommend him. Thanks very much Paul. John
Paul has been brilliant in coming over to sort out a leak today, and with another previous job in super quick time. He was on time, got the problem sorted efficiently and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

My experience of Paul and his of work was outstanding. He was friendly, hugely helpful, direct in getting quickly to the nub of the problems, clear in seeing and explaining what needed to be done in review of the problem, returning with what was needed the next day, and comprehensive in solving the problems; he clearly knew what he was doing; he’s obviously very experienced. I was so pleased at having picked on him. Super-punctual & straight down to sorting it. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable; good value. I was lucky to chance on him. Recommend.
I emailed Paul Toon on Sunday. Same day he phoned me back. We arranged for him to fix my leaking outdoor tap. A quote was given. Everything was perfect. Repair completed speedily, and no mess and no problems. It was like magic. We have now got ourselves a trusted plumber.
Paul fixed my shower and I highly recommend using him for your plumbing needs! He showed up on time, sorted everything quickly and was very reasonably priced. I'll definitely use him again in the future.
Called on a Sunday and he was willing to come out on the following day which was a bank holiday. He arrived on time and completed the work. His price was reasonable and his work was well done. I would recommend his service to anyone who need a plumbing service completed at a high standard.
Paul was quick with communication and came over to scope the job and provide a quote straight away - good price and all clearly outlined. From this we got a date to carry out the works a few days later which was great and he came round on time and cracked on. Advised on some radiators post works and we shall look forward to working with him again for their install.
Fitted like for like sink but had to replumb the water inlets due to different fittings. Also had to mastic in the sink. Did a good job on both and was considerable more reasonable than other quotes. Would recommend him and employ him again.
Paul arrived to investigate what I thought was a burst pipe. He found it was a failed joint, repaired the damage, and we waited for the tank (which I’d drained) to refill. All done & dusted within 45 mins, What a hero…
I have had an ongoing leak from the bathroom which was coming through the kitchen ceiling. I called about 4 or 5 plumbers who were not able to fix the leak but still charged me for call out. I called Paul in desperation and he reassured me and put me at ease and promised me he would fix my leak. I was sceptical because I had heard that so many times from the other plumbers and I was almost resigned to the fact that this leak was unrepairable. However, Paul proved me wrong and within 15 minutes of his arrival he had identified the problem and shortly after he had repaired the leaking pipe and now I have no more leak. It’s so hard to find a genuine, honest, extremely skilful and experienced plumber who is also reasonably priced. However, Paul is all these things and more. I HIGHLY recommend Paul he will not let you down.
Paul was extremely helpful with an unclear damp issue I was having in my bedroom. He was great problem solving the potential causes and recommended alternative works whilst not charging for the callout
