10/10 I chose Paul and Tyler for a conscientious well thought out job. It’s not just about getting the work done, it’s about the people involved too. My father has dementia. Paul was keen to work around dad and his needs. He also kept me updated on anything unexpected offering a good solution. Excellent high standard of work to every task. He also finished on budget too. Will definitely be using Paul again.

I'm very happy with the services provided by Paul, and Tyler. They were a pleasure to work with and got the job done in the time stated and for the quoted price. They ensured that they linked, for safety, the 3 smoke detectors they installed which was not the case with the original ones. They needed to use trunking for the new socket and light and kept this neat, tidy and unobtrusive as possible. They also installed a hob extractor, which whilst not part of what they regularly do, they did not let defeat them. I would definitely recommend Paul, and Tyler.

Electrical work in homes in England & Wales should be done by a registered competent person who can self-certify it meets the Part P safety rules. Check they're on the official register.

Check the electrical register
In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations. Confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done. It is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
