Glenn is friendly and a hard working professional. Excellent service, came up with solutions to any problems that arose with no extra charge. Would definitely use again and would 100% recommend.
Called this company at 11am to do a same day job. Turned up within 3 hours. Job itself was very simple (drilling through lintel) but was done quickly. Really friendly throughout. Would recommend to anyone.
PDR chosen because it was the first company listed which had a local (01279) number. I called that local number and explained the nature of the problem with my WC Glenn arrived at the arranged time and quickly identified the problem which required replacing of the flushing mechanism which he obtained and returned within 30 minutes and carried out the work which took about an hour. WC fully serviceable. The charge was exactly as the estimated charge given prior t o the work being carried which was done so professionally and with courtesy

Glenn and his team were an absolute pleasure. They did a full reconfiguration of our bathroom, moving it from one room to another. We’re very happy with the work and they even managed to finish ahead of schedule! Would thoroughly recommend.

After a bad experience with another plumber, Glenn came in and sorted what we thought was going to be a big/expensive problem. He was quick to quote and carry out the work. We will definitely be using this company again.
Glenn renovated our bathroom last year, however we're only getting round to write this review now. Glenn was always punctual and clearly discussed options through-out the job. He was clear with his quote and stuck to the pricing. The quality of work was great and we've been happy with our new bathroom ever since. Thanks Glenn and apologies for the delayed review.
Glenn mended a leak and fitted a new syphon system in a toilet for my 89 year old mother. He kept me informed of the work being done and was very sensitive to mum's anxieties. He dealt with the problem promptly and professionally
