Gareth was excellent and very honest. He explained everything I could do myself without him, and he identified the source of our problem and resolved it swiftly. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured for money or that anything was being done to increase the cost of treatment. I would strongly recommend him, and he will be my first point of contact if I have any future issues.
