Pennys Team replaced an existing polycarbonate kitchen roof with a flat roofing system. They worked professionally, quickly and efficiently, minimising disturbance wherever possible and tidying up. Adam explained the work required clearly, giving knowledgeable advice regarding choices available. Penny gave support with her friendly manner, prompt attention/responses to my queries, which was reassuring. They fitted this urgent job in quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Pennys, or to use them again.
Engaged, helpful and easy communications with the company followed by a rapid on-site assessment and quotation. the relatively small piece of work was carried out to a high standard in the time it was forecast to take. A friendly, professional and reliable company to deal with.
Very please with the works carried out. Good communication from Adam and Penny. Clean and tidy. Would recommend.
