“Alfie was clean, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t recommend anyone more! Always left the site clean and tidy, was respectful and kind. All together was a pleasant experience from start to finish.”

While initially Alfie's communication with us was friendly, this only lasted so long. After the work had been done we paid the company over £1000 and was told that would be a solution to the leak problem we had been having on the roof. When we expressed to him the leak was still there, he completely ignored the numerous phone calls and text messages that one of my colleague has been making. I then tried to contact him on a different phone number and lowe and behold he answered. During this phone call he apologised for not getting back to us and assured us he would send someone. NEVER HAPPENED.
