Paul has visited my property on quite a few occasions to put rat bait in my loft, sanitise my loft once the rats were eradicated, mesh and concrete a rat hole in my cavity wall, install a rat valve down my drain to prevent further rats, clear my garage and loft of unwanted items and take them to the tip ( as l don't drive).
