“I contacted ted at pest rescue as we found a wasps nest in the loft. He was round in a matter of days (offered to come sooner but as it’s so cold we were not worried about the wasps). Ted came in and checked out the nests, realised they were old , explained my options, told me how to deal with it myself and didn’t charge me a penny! A genuinely lovely person too, even took his shoes off and carried them around until we went up to the loft! Totally recommend and will use again if we need to. Thank you so much.”
