Steve did a thorough assessment and advised us that he thought that the mice were coming in from the garden. He identified possible entry points and laid traps in various rooms. The bait was taken and Steve returned to put barriers over two air bricks which allowed air to pass but kept the mice out. Success, job done! We found Steve knowledgeable and courteous and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.”
