I called in Mike for a mouse infestation and from the first interaction he was polite, reassuring, up front on costings, and kept in touch about when he would arrive etc. We also decided to have him back for the second visit to block the gaps he identified and rebait our troubles areas and he was so tidy and professional. Mike was really quick to respond to my enquiry, and got to us in under 30 mins. He removed a wasps nest in our garden carefully and efficiently, and was really helpful and informative - thank you!!
I called Mike to deal with a wasp nest and he talked me through the options and gave me a quote over the phone after I had sent him photos and a video of the problem. He was friendly and punctual and within 30 minutes had finished treating the nest. He was very clean and tidy and within an hour there was no sign of any wasps. Great job. Thanks
