This was for a replacement electric immersion heater. We have used Peter Brown for years now and they have always been excellent. We have had repairs, a new shower room, various jobs. Alan, the plumber who usually comes, and Peter, are great, we have been pleased with what they've done.

In mid March we had our 35 year old Potterton boiler replaced and a new state of the art Worcester boiler installed. A major job which involved removing the now redundant hot water tank and storage water tank in the loft and taking out piping etc in the loft and rerouting and fitting new pipework. Ben did a superb job doing this mostly by himself and we were consulted regularly during this five day process. He did all this with great diligence, confidence and was obviously very experienced.We are very pleased with the new boiler whiuch now gives instant hot water.Should have had it done earlier. Straight after that we had our old bathroom refurbished which involved removing the old bath and replaced with a walk in shower also a new toilet and hand basin installed.We also had new tiles fitted. All this work performed by a number of people mostly by plumbers Ben again and Stephen. Other craftsmen employed on this job were a plasterer,a tiler and an electrician.All very competent in their trade too. We were very impressed with the schedule so there was never a day wasted. The job took about three weeks of disruption to complete but we are very happy with the end result. We now have a very classy looking bathroom.So no complaints at all.

I was recommended Peter Brown Plumbing from a neighbour who'd used them before. It was easy to arrange, and the price was reasonable. The plumber arrived on time and got the work done quickly and efficiently. It would have been 5/5 stars for customer service, but there was some confusion over the work between what I asked for and what the plumber was expecting (I needed a new outdoor tap fitted, whereas the plumber was told by the office that it was a replacement tap to be fitted). As such he had to go and buy an additional part, which took more time (and cost). Aside from that minor issue, I was very happy with the speed and quality of the work, and I'll definitely be using Peter Brown plumbers again for future plumbing work.

This boiler replacement involved the dismantling of a wall cupboard and its re-assembly afterwards, so we were a bit nervous. However, with Peter's advice and help and Stephen's top-class work, we have a new boiler and a cupboard that looks like it hasn't been touched. The job took two and a half days. Stephen arrived on time each day, the cost and the job were as agreed, and there were no problems.

Needed a detailed report on the condition of the internal plumbing of my property. Peter arrived on time, very friendly, and informative. Thorough inspection carried out along with advice, etc. Received written report within the week
