"Paul arrived first thing this morning , after contacting him late yesterday. Within half an hour he discovered a buried manhole which hadn't seen the light of day for over 50 years, which enabled him to unblock the drain . He dug out the manhole carefully and tidily and had the drain unblocked in less than an hour and a half from commencement of the job. His charge was very reasonable and I highly recommend him. He certainlyknows his trade."
