He checked the boiler there was nothing to be done, he didn't charge for work or callout fee, which I was very impressed.

Nic examined my broken shower pump, recommended a more suitable replacement, highlighting the issues with the existing pump. He then sourced the replacement at an excellent price, and proceeded to replace it. He worked quickly and efficiently and the shower now works perfectly. All throughout he was polite and courteous, and tidied up after he had finished. Price was actually below initial quote once, he had a chance to source the replacement part. Couldn't be happier with the service.
The work was carried out in a really efficient way, excellent workmanship and good value for money. Thank you Nic. I thoroughly recommend.

Nic was a fantastic communicator and extremely knowledgable and quickly identified the problem and was able to fix this immediately.
