Paul was very responsive in all communication and discussed all aspects of the work and options for various jobs required. All aspects of the job's taking on were of high quality and I am very pleased with the final results.
We had a new light fitting that needed putting up in our lounge. Phil did a great job for us and we're really pleased with our new light. He was on time, neat and tidy and had great communication from the moment we requested a quote to completion of the work. We're already planning to get him back to put up a few more light fittings for us. Great service!

We have had a lot of electrical work completed by PHE. Always very happy with the work. Paul is reliable, communicates very well and delivers a service that is safe, value for money and of high quality. Paul has helped with designing, choice of appropriate features and fittings and completed work in promised time. He is always happy to discuss and understands the customers requirements and completes work to highest standards We will strongly recommend PHE and Paul for all electrical works
Paul's services have been great. He is informative and helpful and does not mind taking the time to explain as he goes along. Great work and reassurance with safety standards. Would definitely recommend! In fact he has been asked to come back so proof is in the pudding!
Professional, reliable and competitive with a friendly service
Paul responded very quickly to our call when there was a recurrent fault meaning that we had no power to fridges etc. He came and did a fix that allowed us to relax and then Sam came and undertook a final fix and validation, allowing us to shower without being plunged into darkness. Sam was great and would not leave until he was absolutely satisfied that everything was according to the book. I would recommend Paul and Sam unreservedly
Paul and Sam did a great job of work fitting a new consumer unit/fusebox and new light switches in my house. They also fitted a garage light and outside sensor light that I am very pleased with. I would recommend them as they are reliable and punctual and hard working. Previously Paul suggested having outside sensor lights for the garage and front door and I booked him to fit them. They were a much better option than my previous lantern lights. Liz Carter
