“Cannot express how highly I recommend Phil. We had an eventful Christmas day which involved us being locked out of our vehicle as the keys were left inside. We contacted Phil for help, we expected to be quoted a huge amount (considering it was Christmas day), but Phil gave us a very reasonable quote and was with us within 30 minutes. As soon as we called he got his work clothes on and was out the door to help us. The job turned out to be slightly more complex than we initially discussed on the phone, but Phil still honoured his original quote showing just how top class of a man he is. Thoroughly recommend.”

I left a message for Phil and he got straight back to me. He arranged to attend and diagnosed the problem immediately and let me know the solution and quoted a price that was more than acceptable. The work was carried out professionally and with no fuss at all. And with that my lock problems were resolved and the lock use improved. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Answered my message very quickly, rung me straight away and was at my home address all within half hour! Very professional and re assuring would definitely recommend!
We found Phil on Trust a Trader after our door lock started playing up. Communication with Phil was very good. Phil was friendly, respectful, very tidy and clean with his workmanship. Phil also shared some good advice and gave us options. The cost was reasonable too. We would not hesitate to recommend Phil to family and friends.

Phil, came out quickly and did a good job. When it's an emergency you normally expect excessive prices but he charged a fair price and did not try to get any extras. A great service. I was very pleased

Excellent service. Phil explained why the lock was jamming, showed me the area of wear and fitted a new lock. All done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Mr Banham was quick to respond, he is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, clean working and fair-priced. He changed the lock on my mother’s front door, gave her five keys and a no-key knob to lock the door on the inside, which means there will be no fumbling around looking for a key in an emergency situation (see picture). I have no negative comments to make. I highly recommend Mr Banham.

Found myself in a hole this morning, steering wheel crook lock on car broke, I couldn't remove it so I called Phil Banham on recommendation from another locksmith. He turned up within 20 minutes and got the lock off for me so i could be on my way - 10/10 Will use again, for sure! :o)
