He is very trustworthy, I popped out a few times and felt comfortable to leave him working. Phil has good attention to detail. I can be quite picking with finishing touches but he'd already done everything to a high standard, I was really impressed with this. He has a lot of knowledge, I asked questions about random issues in the house such as cracks in plaster, old doors not opening well, problems with baby gate. He answered all questions patiently and with expertise."
