Phillips Brickwork

Jack listened carefully to what I had in mind, helped me decide on the style of brickwork and helped source the right bricks. I wanted one of the retaining walls in my sloped garden to include steps and seating, both with stone tops. Jack took time to understand exactly what I wanted. He was patient when there were delays with the stone cutters, and was happy to come back to lay the stone quite some time later. Turned up when he promised, tidied up after himself. Very happy with his work and work ethic, the results look really good. Jack informed me of extra cost when I altered my plans.

I thought this guy was going to be good; initial communication great. A firm date was set for him to come and give me an estimate, then a text to say he was running late, but then he didn’t show up and I never heard from him again Probably my job of rebuilding a smallish garden wall wasn’t worth his while. Thing is, he dipped out because a bigger job was also on the cards ??. If you can’t be bothered with little jobs, just say so.

Very professional service, good advice given beforehand, left everything tidy. I would definatly use this company again
