We used Phoenix Extensions for our previous extension 16 years ago, so we were keen to appoint them for our new project. Mark and Jackie were very helpful with the initial design stages, prior to our plans being drawn. Our build was a complex one and although we had other quotes that were slightly cheaper we strongly felt that the overall service provided by Phoenix from past experience would ensure a trouble free and professional service. The promised start date was met, and the overall project was completed within 8 weeks. Excellent project management throughout the build.
By far the best building company we have ever worked with. Friendly, reliable, always on time and work solidly all day. Excellent quality work carried out within brilliant time frames. They are also able to adjust plans and ideas to suit budgets which is great.
We recently had a garage conversion, consisting of a bedroom, utility room and bathroom, With a re structure to make a kitchen/dinner. Mark and Jackie were fantastic from the off, everything from advice and planning, to the build and project managing, with excellent after care! Mark and Dave have worked extremely hard and we were surprised how quickly they got it all done! Great work, great builders, looking forward to the project.
