"I wanted some outside painting done of railings and double garage doors and Luke of Rising Pheonix did a very thorough job of rubbing down, treating and carefully painting all the required areas. He used an advanced type of paint that I had never heard of before but it looks fabulous now, three months after application. Luke was curteous and helpful throughout the operation, stuck to his price and even did a few extra bits without charging. The price was reasonable and the job was perfect so cant ask for more."
