Max was good at the beginning until final commission. There was significant pressure drop between gas meter to boiler in final commission. He could not tell where the problem was. He directly jumped into conclusion that it was the former gas engineer fault without checking thoroughly. It turned out he made a wrong judgment. He made a lot of excuses not coming back. COVID, family issue and financial issue. He didn't show up as we agreed for several times as well. My house was left without gas for 2 months. He never put my house as first priority.

We were really thrilled with the work carried out by Max and team. With the new shower and the tiles with renewed grouting the whole shower unit now looks brand new again and we originally had the bathroom updated in 2002!!! So delighted to have been introduced to Max.
Excellent work, very neat. Max was very friendly, helpful and flexible and did a great job. Would highly recommend.
