They were completely transparent in what unit they were fitting, etc., responded quickly to emails, etc. Excellent service. And the PIV unit has practically stopped all condensation on the windows, which before were completely covered in condensation each (cold) morning. Very happy.”

“Tony came out to fit the ventilation unit - I was updated on his arrival time on the morning of, and then again about 1 hour before his arrival. He was very professional and friendly, brought a ladder as I don't have one to get in to the loft space, didn't make any dust/mess, and explained everything to me once the unit was fitted and up and running. Will have to wait for winter to see whether the unit has fixed the mould/condensation issues in my property, but I found the whole experience and the advice given to feel very trustworthy, so I have hope! Glad I chose PIV over other options.”
