A part which had worn needed replacement. He showed us the affected part, explained why it had worn and sought permission before replacing. Once again excellent service and work from Mr. Porter."

Communication has been consistent and helpful - I was able to take photographs of the boiler and get a rough quote of the work from that. PJ Plumbing definitely has competitive prices - I had received a few quotes from others and this was by far the most reasonable. The work was efficiently carried out within an hour and came to the house punctually too. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely be using again"

Paul attended our home at short notice when our boiler packed up. He found the fault, explained the problem and fixed the boiler. We intend to use him again for any other matters related to our heating system
