Paul came to our rescue on Christmas Eve to fix our boiler and hot water. He was thorough in his work and has recommended further solutions to our boiler that keeps cutting out. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty and we are so grateful that he was able to fix our boiler so we had heating and hot water all over Christmas. An absolute star.
Replaced our existing boiler and hot water tank etc with a combi boiler. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Punctual, tidy, reasonable - absolutely faultless service. Very highly recommended
Paul was friendly, professional and reliable. He fixed our boiler, serviced it, and installed a new thermostat for us. He was able to do so quickly, and worked around my working schedule. I’d definitely contact him again!
Paul is very kind to make prompt visit after receiving my call. He explained patiently what has gone wrong with my cylinder. He ordered replacement parts, and fixed it promptly. I like to say big thanks to Paul to resolve the problem. Paul is not only proficient , he is also very friendly and promising. Fantastic plumber highly recommend
Really pleased with service provided by Paul, he was so helpful and knowledgeable able to identify location of bathroom leak, and return promptly to install new shower valve. Have already booked him for repair to heating and new radiator. Lovely guy, would recommend.
Paul was brilliant start to finish. We enquired and had the work completed all within 5 days. We appreciated his expertise and efficiency. Would highly recommend.
A True Professional, PJW installed a new boiler for me and there work was to a extremely high standard, others said it would be a problem to drill through my exterior wall to run pipe work as was as it was granite however Paul just got it done with no questions asked. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

PJW Plumbers were excellent - quick, effective no nonsense- resolved an issue created by British Gas that had been open for 6 weeks. It took PJW 45 minutes to resolve it and provide a gas safety certificate. It's always nice when you get a genuine professional who does things properly, communicates clearly and makes you understand the real situation, tells you what's nonsense and what's correct so you have proper understanding and feel assured rather than stressed and annoyed. Very competent and effective. I recommend them completely

Paul was recommended to us and I’m so pleased with his work. He replaced our boiler and removed an unsightly gas pipe. He was punctual, fast working and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him on to others.
Paul showed motivation from the start. He turned up on time to inspect my old boiler, which needed to be replaced. He arrived on time again for our second appointment and he did a great job putting in the new boiler for me (a relief to have heating again!). He was knowledgeable, friendly and focused on the job. Overall I would definitely recommend Paul/ PJW Plumbers.
