We are a design and build company based in Atherton, however we cover the majority of Greater Manchester boroughs and surrounding areas Once we create the perfect design for your extension or conversion, we guide our clients through the Planning & Building Control process, including the structural reports. We work with teams of contractors to complete your build to a high standard and have a full team on hand for you and your builder throughout your project. Established 2015 A helping hand! We are eager to help homeowners who need that extra space, but do not know where to start, and are passionate to provide homeowners, and builders with a no-nonsense approach to Planning & Building Control Services Here at Plans 2 Extend we have a combined experience of over 20 years.
