I had a few initial teething problems with the stream and pond leaking a little, but each time I got in touch, Phil and his team were out promptly and the issues were resolved… even after I had made full payment. I am very happy with the product they installed and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for an outdoor water feature.
Turned up on time and they were straight to work. Kept the rest of garden tidy and did little extra jobs free of charge. Very polite lads.

I wanted a replacement for my existing wildlife pond as I was hoping to attract dragonflies, as well as find a larger home for my growing population of frogs. I wasn't entirely sure what I would need (beyond something bigger), but Phil went through everything with me & offered helpful advice & suggestions (always listen to him!). He provided all the plants I needed which meant I didn't need to stress about what to choose or how to site them. He also emptied my old pond & transferred wildlife. The work was very well done & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PLG to friends & neighbours.

Our pond had a leak and PLG Aquatics came out promptly and gave us a quote. They then fitted us in to have a new liner, remove debris and rebed the stones. The three guys carried out the work efficiently and professionally. They gave me loads of advice on how to look after the pond as well as various tips on how to attract nature eg hedgehogs to the garden! They were lovely and I thoroughly recommend them.
After an initial phone conversation. We had a site visit where I was given a very professional run down of what the problem was with the pond and how to resolve it.

Phil & his team moved our fish from an existing pond, set up a holding pool and built us a new pond from scratch. His knowledge & expertise were second to none. Great communication from the off made this experience a joy. We are absolutely thrilled with the result, the build quality and materials sourced are absolutely spot on. I have to say if you want a pond, this guy is your man as he knows exactly what he is doing. I would recommend him 100% without hesitation.

Phil was incredibly quick to respond to my initial enquiry, even though it was over the weekend which impressed me. He sent a quote through and after accepting the quote the work was completed within 3 weeks . The whole team were incredibly efficient, carrying out the complete job of moving the fish, emptying the pond, relining and reinstating the pond within 4 hours! Fish very happy and I would definitely recommend PLG Aquatics if you're looking for an efficient job done using good quality materials.
