Plmbr Ltd, installed a new shower, sink and toilet, on the second visit he asked for payment straight away, which l did. A couple of days later I texted him to see when he would be back to finish the job ie fit radiators and connect water, he texted back saying “unfortunately he had another job to go to, which could be a while “ I asked when would our job be finished and he didn’t reply, that was 15/10 and it’s now 11/12, we’ve now got to get another plumber, which is difficult, because they don’t want to take over someone else’s work. At least reply if you don’t want the job

We had a shower that wasn't dispensing hot water & we had poor experience with a previous plumber who screwed up the job. When Grant arrived, I knew he was a professional competent plumber who could do the job. Grant made various visits to the property to ensure correct parts would be ordered and the job would be finished correctly first time and he never charged a call out fee. He gave us a competitive quote & the shower is working perfectly. Another great thing about Grant is that he has contacts with other trades who he can put you into contact with. Grant is on speedial now for future jobs
