Plum-IT were key when we bough a recently closed seasonal AirBNB with a view to renting it out - only to then discover the system was riddled with issues, couldn't maintain flow, pressure, was full of rust and had organisms growing in the pipes. The team carefully worked through the entire system, and overhauled it checking off issues as they arose. The system now provides hot water, but actually heats the property as well. I can't wait to get Plum-IT into some of other sites, and maybe then we might end up fixing some of the issues that have previously mystified other companies.

I had my combi-boiler serviced by a gentleman from Plum-It yesterday. He was prompt, polite and serviced the boiler quickly leaving everything back in place. Very impressed!!

The engineer arrived on time. Was polite and explained the process. Completed the work, leaving the store clean and tidy.
