"Paul in the office was super helpful. Engineer came & the old back boiler had totally given up the ghost, so it was time for a new one, which was relocating to the loft. It was a big job rerunning the pipework etc. Ryan & Ben were super friendly and very hard working. They didn’t even stop for a cuppa! They explained everything along the way. We’re super helpful with explaining how to use the new controls. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Removed all old pipework & boiler. Supplied all necessary guarantees & paperwork. Will use again. Thanks Ryan & Ben."
