"Jerry came to replace our existing bathroom mixer tap. It was very old, and due to the existing pipework it was EXTREMELY difficult to get to. All the retaining fittings were stuck fast, and at one point he seriously asked if someone had superglued them on! Despite Jerry’s excellent kit designed for the purpose, he had to apply considerable force to eventually get them free, and it took a while to wind them down their long threads, as due to their position and inconvenient existing pipework he could only turn them an eighth of a turn at a time – no fun!
