"Contacted Karum regarding issues with underfloor heating, arranged for callout which Karum attended and explained what the issue was and how he would correct it. Agreed on the day he will come , he explained what to expect. We had the delivery arranged and the supplier sent the wrong product. Informed Karum and he arranged for it to be redelivered the nextday. Karum was on time and completed the project with minimal disruption. Corrected the underfloor issue and installed a new radiator. I would definitely recommend him and I shall be using him again."
