This is the second time I have used this firm and I have been delighted with both jobs. On this occasion, an outside tap was installed efficiently and to a high standard. The plumber continually checked for obstructions on drilling through the wall and thereby avoided puncturing a hidden water pipe. Highly recommended.

Called these guys in the morning about my toilet not flushing, they came on the same afternoon & done the job within an hour. I was very happy with Gary & Reece, excellent service, excellent price. Having called upon his services the previous week to fix a blocked sink drain, while he was there I asked if he could also replace my toilet cistern (which had been working for some time only by use of a string attached to the plunger!), as well as resealing a leak that had developed on the pipe connecting the cistern to the toilet bowl. He promptly ordered the new unit and had it fitted it within an hour on the afternoon he'd scheduled to come - £180 including parts. Again, brilliant service.

After a different plumbing firm quoted over £2,000 (yes, two thousand pounds!) to fix a blocked kitchen sink drain (they reckoned the entire pipe network needed replacing!), P M Charles popped round the same day and fixed it in under an hour by retaining and resealing the existing pipes - total price charged £90.00. He even trusted me to set up the bank transfer and pay him after he'd left - rather than waiting with me while I did it. Brilliant service!

I had a great experience with Gary and his team and can only recommend them thoroughly, especially as I was wary due to having been stung by a dodgy roofer previously (on top of squirrel damage). We had a whole roof replacement, and in fact, one thing that impressed us was that Gary and his team went on the roof to inspect it (which was more than other roofers did) and showed us pictures of issues. Gary provided a competitive quote and was very professional throughout. Communication was excellent. The work was carried out on time, efficiently and to a high standard, including erection/dismounting of scaffolding, the arrival/pick up of the skip, and the roof replacement during the 3 days, as well as extra work to replace the bathroom ceiling that we’d asked for as a result of the leak. Of note, Gary immediately replaced the bathroom sink which broke due to the prior-issue with the ceiling, and provided extra squirrel-proofing to the old entry-point on request. Overall very happy.

Garry and his team replaced our 100 year old roof as well as facias guttering and loft insulation. We were a little apprehensive as it was quite a big job ,but Gary and his team's professional and organised approach soon put our minds at rest. Their levels of communication were excellent throughout which made the whole experience stress free. The only problem was the weather but they did very well to work around it and at no time was our roof left exposed. We would definitely use the company again if planning other building work and would be very happy to recommend them.

Gary came and quoted for the new roof last year, explaining he was unable to start until w/c 23 Jan. We had communication from quote until commencement and he was polite and professional throughout... The guys worked hard and cleaned up after themselves throughout. Thoroughly impressed with their work ethic and would highly recommend them. First class lads!!
