I used PM renovations for internal work to move my kitchen to a different room, move the entrance to the utility room, and create a lounge where the old kitchen had been. I am extremely happy with the result. Paul and Mick were both easy to work with, involved me at the right points and made sure they understood fully what I wanted from the work. They are knowledgeable on a lot of different trades, the finish is very high quality and logistically managed the work with multiple tradespeople easily. I would definitely use them again.
Paul amd the team were so professional and helpful from start to finish. We built a relationship during the work, and I consider the team our personal friends now. They were early every day to carry out the work, rarely took breaks, and kept me updated constantly on every little thing that was going on whilst I was at work. I would recommend Paul and the team to everyone. I have found it rare, that a complicated renovation like this was, goes well with no complications or problems, but they made it look so easy. Paul and Mick did an excellent job on the work of rear extension to our house and building a WC and utility room in ground floor. They were very professional and completed all the work on time. They went beyond the scope and did give some valuable suggestions on the layout and decorations as well. Excellent quality of workmanship. Highly recommend them.

Paul and the team have been excellent throughout the work.They fitted a new bathroom and was very helpful in suggesting a slightly different design and always kept up to date with how the work was progressing.carried out to a very high standard and will be using them again to replace a kitchen and a new boiler.
Paul, Mick and the team have done an excellent job on our new bathroom. From the start Paul was really clear on what needed to be done and provided us with an itemised quote that explained all the detail. He made sure that everything was done properly so that our new bathroom is future-proof and won't get any damp etc. Our house is old and a bit 'higgledy-piggledy' and they did a great job of smoothing out wonky walls and producing a beautiful finish. Paul's communication was great too and he always kept us up-to-date on what was going on. We also used Paul to fit a new boiler and flush the heating system in our house - again he did a brilliant job and the house now heats up like a dream. I would definitely recommend Paul and the team - you'll be in safe hands.
We have recently redone our bathroom and other small building work with Paul and Mick, and we are so happy that we've chosen them as they are very patient, professional and always communicate with us with all issues arising. They turn up on time every day, and make sure the site is kept very clean. They are very trustworthy and really pleasant to deal with. No problems, did the job as quoted despite difficulties arising due to age of house
Our old boiler in the loft packed up. Paul came the same day I called him and fitted a new boiler the very next day. He is quick, reliable, straightforward and nice to deal with. Pleased to have used him.
Paul and Mick are first-class builders and plumbers. They charge fair prices, they turn up bang on time every day, and they can deal with any problems they find. They did a new bathroom and some building work for me - all to a very high standard. They're also a pleasure to deal with (honest and trustworthy), and you can see they take a lot of pride in doing the job professionally. They kept the site nice and clean and were very friendly and considerate to the neighbours. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back or to recommend them. They even came prepared with their own high-quality teabags...
Paul provided an excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service. Paul installed a Magna-clean, flushed our heating system, and fitted a new outside tap. All done with the minimum of fuss. We will be very happy to use PM Heating and have no hesitation recommending.
Paul did a boiler service today and checked the balance of our radiators. I'd highly recommend PM Heating.
