“Lee responded quickly to my initial enquiry, he came and looked at the jobs and gave me a quote. On the first visit he cleaned and cleared all the guttering and on the second visit he thoroughly cleaned all the soffits, fascias, other plastic areas and the exterior windows and doors. He worked hard, on a hot day and was very organised, working in a tidy, professional manner. He was very polite and pleasant. I was extremely pleased with the high standard of the work he did, so much so that I have asked him to clean my windows on a regular basis.”

Hired as third party. The individual we booked the work with agreed to 12pm start. Called us on the day asking for the address and what time it was starting as they had not read our email detailing this. They then said they were not setting off for a while and couldn't give an arrival time and would be at least 90 minutes late. No sense of urgency. When asked why he was late the individual became defensive and asked why we needed to know, was uncourteous and did not offer apology or explanation. The work was completed and the house tidied.
